Secretary, Pradumna Kumar,(b.1970) started his career as a grass-root social worker, worked with and organized youths for community development and promoting empowerment in a participatory process. Being involved with community for development initiatives, over 2 decades he has created a reputation as Friend of People. He is responsible for the overall working of the organisation and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the organisation and its result-oriented performance
